For more than a decade, I’ve owned and managed commercial and residential properties, worked closely with local families through my service-based businesses, and served as the chair of a condo board. I grew up semi-rurally, rented and owned in town, and moved back into semi-rural living, which gives me a strong understanding of everything from rural quirks to city neighbourhood dynamics to condo living.
